We will not e-mail you in the future unless you request it.

We will not give you any marketing emails from us or from another traders in the future.

We will not give your details to any other company or person EVER! (other than the courier or freight company)

Our Returns Policy

Within 14 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any item you purchased from the NZGiftbarn.com store, for any reason, for a full refund of the items purchase price, provided:

* The product is undamaged and in original condition.
* The original receipt slip is included with the item.
* The item includes all original packaging and associated parts or accessories.

We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged or soiled items, or items returned (received by us) more than 14 days after delivery.

The shipping cost of returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the return is a result of our error. The original shipping cost of returned items will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error.
